About the Job: 


We are seeking a highly motivated and creative B2B Marketing to join our Yield Solutions team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of marketing strategies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving results. The Marketing Individual will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness (digital publishers) and in developing and executing marketing campaigns, analysing data, and contributing to the overall growth of our company.

Required Skills: 

6 + years of overall experience with at least 5 years in B2B Marketing

Post-graduate in Marketing/Communications

Prior experience of marketing products to businesses in the United States, Europe, APAC and India

Prior experience with building websites from scratch and integrating it with various tracking tools (such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, etc.)

Excellent communication and analytical skills

Knowledge of marketing tools such as CRMs (FreshSales, HubSpot, etc.), Google Analytics, Ad Words, Facebook, LinkedIn, Email platforms (like MailChimp), etc.

Self-motivated and able to work individually as well as collaborate with teams


 Responsibilities:


Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, design, product and development teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall company objectives.

Develop content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, website, and print materials.

Monitor email and website analytics to generate leads, enhance user experience and drive website traffic.

Conceptualise, create compelling and engaging content and creatives that resonates with target audiences, including blog posts, infographics, videos, case studies, whitepapers, sales collateral, event collateral, presentations, landing pages and more.

Ensure content is aligned with brand messaging and maintains consistency across all platforms.

Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement across relevant platforms.

Conduct research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth in the ad tech and SaaS industry.

Analyse competitor strategies and provide insights for improving our own marketing efforts.

Strategise, plan, and execute event sponsorships and activities in the Asia Pacific regions.

Deliver ROI-focused measurement and reporting for all marketing activities.

Manage the brand identities for all of Affinity’s business units.

Develop and execute marketing plans region-wise (US, Europe, India, Israel and Indonesia).

Work on Events, Social Media, Digital Marketing, Emailers, Content Marketing and PR.

Design, Develop and Distribute all brand communication – on the website, collaterals, PPTs.

Create original content stories for the brand - case studies, videos, whitepapers, webinars, podcasts and blog.

Identify new marketing avenues to promote the brand.

Work with the various business heads to help them achieve sales goals.

Deliver ROI-focused measurements and reporting for all executed campaigns
