Role Overview


The Manager - Publisher Success will be responsible for managing and growing affiliate publisher relationships within SitePlug's SiteDiscover business unit, with a strong focus of publishers based in the US market. This role requires expertise in AdTech, affiliate marketing, campaign management, and performance optimization. This role oversees the complete affiliate publisher lifecycle including onboarding, activation, performance monitoring, revenue optimization, retention, and long-term partnership development. The role requires a balance of analytical capability, operational execution, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.


Key Responsibilities

1. Affiliate Publisher Account Management

  • Own end-to-end management of affiliate publisher accounts across US and global markets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliate publishers, ensuring strong relationship management and consistent communication.
  • Conduct regular business reviews focused on performance metrics, revenue growth, and optimization opportunities.

2. Onboarding and Activation

  • Lead onboarding of new affiliate publishers including compliance checks, technical integrations, and campaign setup.
  • Manage campaign implementation across CPA, CPC, CPL, Fixed, and API integrations.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards including traffic validation, whitelists, blacklists, and policy compliance.

3. Performance Marketing and Revenue Optimization

  • Monitor publisher performance using performance marketing KPIs such as CTR, CVR, EPC, ROI, and revenue contribution.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, scale high-performing inventory, and optimize underperforming traffic.
  • Drive incremental revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and feature adoption across SitePlug and SiteDiscover solutions.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Demand, Ad Operations, Product, Technology, Finance, and Marketing teams to resolve operational issues and improve campaign efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, revenue tracking, and opportunity management within CRM systems such as HubSpot.
  • Contribute process improvements and reporting frameworks to enhance operational efficiency.

5. Market and Industry Engagement

  • Stay informed on AdTech industry trends, affiliate marketing best practices, and competitive benchmarks.
  • Represent Affinity at relevant meetings, industry events and networking forums to strengthen affiliate publisher relationships.


Required Skills and Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in AdTech, Affiliate Marketing, Digital Media, or Performance Marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience managing affiliate publishers and delivering revenue growth against defined targets.
  • Strong understanding of performance-based pricing models including CPA, CPC, CPL, revenue share, and hybrid structures.
  • Experience working with US clients or international markets is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify performance trends, and drive data-backed optimization strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders across geographies.
  • Strong commercial acumen with understanding of revenue models, margin management, deal structure, and long-term partnership value creation.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and problem-solving capability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with affiliate platforms, tracking tools, analytics dashboards, and CRM systems such as HubSpot is a distinct advantage.
