About the Role

As Manager – Talent Acquisition (Business & International Hiring), you will play a critical role in building Affinity’s global commercial and operations talent engine. Reporting to the Director – Business, Leadership & International Talent Acquisition, you will lead hiring across Demand, Supply, Marketing, and business roles, while actively supporting international mandates across the US, Europe, and Southeast Asia.

This role sits at the intersection of execution excellence and global exposure. You will manage a team of Associate Managers and Senior Associates, drive predictable hiring outcomes, support international market research and consultant partnerships, and ensure cultural nuance is embedded into every hiring decision.

What You Will Do

Lead End-to-End Business Hiring
You will own hiring delivery for Demand, Supply, Marketing, and other business functions, partnering closely with business leaders to translate workforce plans into high-quality, timely hires.

Support International Hiring Across Geographies
You will support global hiring mandates by conducting market research, talent mapping, compensation benchmarking, and early-stage candidate engagement for roles in the US, Europe, and Southeast Asia, working closely with the TA Director.

Manage Consultants and External Partners
You will coordinate with domestic and international recruitment consultants, ensuring clarity of role briefs, quality of candidate submissions, and healthy hiring funnels.

Drive Campus Hiring for Business Roles
You will execute non-tech campus hiring from premier institutes, managing institute relationships, assessments, interviews, and pre-placement engagement to build future-ready business talent pipelines.

Ensure Process Excellence and Data Discipline
You will maintain strong ATS hygiene, track funnel health, publish regular dashboards on time-to-hire and pipeline progress, and ensure structured evaluation standards across interview panels.

Deliver a World-Class Candidate Experience
You will ensure every candidate interaction reflects Affinity’s professionalism, speed, and respect, across both domestic and international hiring journeys.

What We Are Looking For

8–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong exposure to business, commercial, or operations hiring

Experience managing and mentoring recruiters or Associate Managers

Strong understanding of Demand, Supply, Marketing, Finance, and Operations roles

Exposure to international hiring, market research, talent mapping, or consultant-led hiring

High attention to process, data, and execution discipline

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Cultural sensitivity and comfort working across time zones

Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics

 

Experience in AdTech, digital media, SaaS, or technology-led environments is strongly preferred.
