About Role:
As the Director, Network Partnership (Global), you will be responsible for building and scaling NucleusLinks ecosystem of network partners. You will act as the primary liaison between NucleusLinks and global affiliate networks, ensuring seamless technical integration and high-performance commercial outcomes. This role requires a blend of technical curiosity to understand API/RTB integrations and a commercial "hunter" mindset to secure top-tier global partnerships.

Roles & Responsibility:

Strategic Network Acquisition: Identify and onboard new global affiliate network partners through inbound requests or targeted referrals.

Partner Onboarding & Integration: Manage the end-to-end integration process, including documenting network endpoints, merchant lists, and API capabilities (offer feeds, reporting, conversion tracking).

Technical Compliance: Validate technical requirements for partners, such as their ability to bid on RTB in CPC and the availability of essential APIs.

Performance Monitoring: Collect and analyze weekly data on network connections, merchant distribution, and RTB usage to spot opportunities for improvement.

Market Analysis: Maintain a deep understanding of primary Geos, merchant counts, and supported traffic categories (Coupon, CSS, Content, BNPL, Extension) across potential partners.

Internal Product Collaboration: Partner with the internal technical teams to build and test automation tools, such as the Bid Guidance Bot, to improve merchant lookups and bid recommendations.

Revenue Optimization: Negotiate indicative rates and CPC bids for top 'merchant x country' combinations to maximize EPC for publishers.


   Required Skills:

 

  • Experience: 8–10+ years in AdTech, Affiliate Marketing, or Partnership Management.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of RTB (Real-Time Bidding), CPC models, and API-led integrations.
  • Data Driven: Ability to use frameworks to monitor partner performance and identify "revenue leakages" or inactive merchants.
  • Negotiation: Proven track record of negotiating commercial terms and CPC bids with global networks.
  • Project Management: Skilled in managing the entire partner lifecycle from initial request/referral to active RTB bidding.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to manage diverse global stakeholders and internal POCs.
