We are looking for an experienced Creative Strategist with a drive to work in a fast-paced environment while thinking quickly on their feet. Unlike standard mobile advertising solutions, we empower brands to weave effective brand stories by etching mobile sensors and features into the ad creative. The candidate will apply such cutting-edge technology solutions to bring industry-first innovations and award-winning ideas to mCanvas clients.

The primary responsibility of this position is to create strong conceptual and strategy-based advertising across mobile media for clients. The role leads the creative studio culturally and is responsible for the quality of the creative product and output.

The Role:

 

Conceive, develop and execute effective mobile advertising campaigns

Create engaging concepts and mesmerizing designs to achieve the highest level of connect with the clients’ target groups

Oversee campaigns from production to completion

Lead and manage the design and developing team; schedule and prioritize their queues

Ensure that the working processes (planning, documentation, execution, etc.) are run efficiently

Brainstorm ideas and concepts with other members of the creative team

Work with designers, and developers to determine feasibility

Pitch ideas to clients by clearly articulating benefits of the team’s creative concepts

Give thoughtful, professional, and direct communication to team members; in particular, give focused, substantial feedback to our creative team and their work

Follow the latest trends in mobile advertising, design and marketing

Gather feedback from the sales team and incorporate it in the concepts

Should be able to cope with pressure and tight deadlines

 


What you’ll need to be successful:

 

3-4 years of experience in an agency environment

Strong grasp of the digital landscape, especially its parameters and design possibilities

Knowledge of AI, web technologies, devices, device sensors and key digital principles

Experience of working with the team of designers, copywriters, web developers and sales

Proficient in English, with excellent grammar, spelling, and vocabulary. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.

Polished client presentation skills, demonstrating a clear vision of how the work addresses problems and requirements set forth in a creative brief

Strong organizational skills
