About Role:
We are seeking a senior publisher alliance manager candidate with expertise in the Target
Market. As we expand our OEM and app developer partnerships, the candidate will be
responsible for developing, generating, and growing new publishers, creating innovative
monetization solutions, and demonstrating expertise in digital marketing solutions. We are
looking for candidates with a proven track record in business development, a strong work ethic,
excellent communication skills, and an understanding of digital media, mobile advertising
solutions, and the mobile ecosystem.

Roles & Responsibility:
• Develop and execute partnership strategies with OEM brands, app developers, and ecosystem
players to expand our mobile advertising reach.
• Identify, negotiate, and onboard new OEM brands and app developer partners aligned with
company growth objectives.
• Manage the full lifecycle of partner relationships from initial outreach to KPI-driven success
measurement.
• Collaborate with Product & Tech teams to design customized SDK/API solutions for partner
Integration.
• Drive revenue growth through joint business planning, co-marketing initiatives, and
monetization strategy optimization.
• Analyze market trends in OEM ecosystems to identify emerging partnership opportunities.
• Negotiate complex partnership agreements and manage contract renewals.
• Serve as primary escalation point for partner technical integration and operational issues
• Monitor and report on partnership performance metrics, providing actionable insights to
Stakeholders.
• Participate in industry events and conferences.

Required Skills:
• 5+ years in business development/partner management within mobile advertising, OEM
• ecosystems, or app developer platforms (Candidates with experience in the commercialization
• of OEM brands are preferred, or an existing network within the Android OEM ecosystem.
• Proven track record managing good relationships with device manufacturers (e.g., Samsung,
• Xiaomi, OPPO, vivo) and major app developers.
• Deep understanding of mobile advertising technologies (SDKs, SSPs, ad mediation platforms).
• Strong technical aptitude with experience in API/SDK integrations and mobile app
• monetization models.
• Exceptional negotiation skills with experience in structuring complex revenue-sharing
• agreements- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analyzing LTV, ARPU, and other partnership KPIs.
• Ability to travel for partner meetings and industry events.
• English can be used as a working language.
• Well-versed with MS-Office applications like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
