• Address user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking.
• Walk customers through installing applications and computer peripherals.
• Ask targeted questions to diagnose problems.
• Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions.
• Conduct remote troubleshooting.
• Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue.
• Customize desktop applications to meet user needs.
• Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
• Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional.
• Help create technical documentation and manuals.
• Laptop, software & hardware purchase.
• Tax invoicing co-ordination with vendor & our finance team.
• Taking approvals for all purchases to be done.
• Call logs with Dell and other vendors for hardware repair.
• Laptop dismantling for hardware upgrade.
• Installation of O365, adobe, antivirus & other software products.
• Manage asset inventory.
• Setup Linux, Windows, Mac and troubleshoot issues associated.
• Vendor Coordination.
• Manage office network and internal servers.
• Manage hardware and asset inventory record-keeping.
Required Skills
• Well versed with Installation and Configuration of Computer Peripherals
• Strong desktop trouble shooting (hardware and software) skills.
• Networking basics and troubleshooting. Knowledge of Networking Devices like WIFI Router, Network Printer.
• Hands on experience on Linux desktops
• Well versed with Windows desktop.
• Knowledge of Mac will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Mail Client.
• Understanding of the Inventory Management System is a must.
• Fluency in English.
