Responsibilities:

  • Own user stories, product features, product delivery, task tracking and product quality.

  • Collaborate with technology, product and business teams to enhance commercial value through feature development and updates.

  • Understand user needs, gather requirements, create napkin wire frames and on-time launch of new product features with engineering support.

  • Become an expert on all product releases, providing support from development to post-sales.

  • Define and monitor key product growth metrics to track progress.

  • Develop reference documentation and provide product training for both internal and external users.

  • Analyse data thoroughly to gain insights into various business use cases, support customer-facing teams with data insights, reports, analysis, and actionable recommendations.

  • Oversee implied processes related to market research, feasibility study, feature freeze, development coordination and future enhancements.

  • Gather competitive industry and market analysis to identify customers’ needs, industry trends and partnership opportunities, driving improvements in product features and performance.

Required Skills:

 

  • Over 5 years of product development and product management experience in creating Web and Mobile products and services.

  • Demonstrated expertise building products functionality from ground up with strong grasp of UX principles, feature planning, requirements gathering, wireframing, PRD, and process management.

  • Proficiency in Interaction Design and ability to align UX with product management and making informed decisions based on UI/UX insights.

  • Proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams effectively without formal authority. Collaborative approach in working with developers and business-facing teams to implement new products.

  • Strong teamwork skills, proactive and self-driven, willing to share insights, seek clarifications, and provide progress reports.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at delivering compelling presentations, and capable of adapting technical information for different audiences.

  • Adaptable to thrive in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment, with high attention to detail.

  • Advanced project management and risk management skill.


Additional Desired Skills:

 

  • Bachelor’s / master’s degree in computer science or engineering or a related technical field.

  • Previous experience working with Online Advertising related products or services.

  • Familiarity with JIRA, Scrum and Agile processes.

  • Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 and web browser debugging.

  • Understanding of the mobile and web technologies and programming languages (Note: Coding is not required for this role).

  • Usability testing for Web-based applications and mobile applications.

  • Self-motivated, organized, independent individual.

  • If you have managed products feature development for web and mobile technologies catering to millions of users for a popular internet property or a large mobile product is a plus.
