About Role:

 

He/She plays a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent to meet an organization's staffing needs. He/She is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating closely with hiring managers to secure the right candidates for various roles within the company.


Roles & Responsibility:

Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend specific job requirements.

Create clear and compelling job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers.

Utilize various methods, such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.

Review resumes and applications, conducting initial phone screenings to assess suitability.

Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtually, to evaluate candidates.

Administer assessments or tests to evaluate specific skills or competencies.

Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.

Facilitate the negotiation process between candidates and hiring managers.

Extend job offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data throughout the recruitment process.

Gather feedback from hiring managers and candidates to improve the overall recruitment process.

Required Skills:

Great communication skills – oral and written.

Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a consultancy recruiter).

Hands on experience with various selection processes (virtual interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc).

Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).

Skill in gathering and providing constructive feedback.

Effective allocation of time to meet recruitment deadlines.

Good analytical skills (i.e., ability to decipher problems and growth areas from reports).
