Advertiser Operations

Work Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:

• Execute and manage ad campaigns.
• Optimize ad campaigns keeping in mind the campaign’s KPIs
• Utilize traffic for achieving optimum monetization for campaigns.
• Maintain effective profitability across campaigns and revenue management.
• Coordinate with internal teams throughout campaign’s life cycle.
• Work closely with the tech team to suggest new tools and to enhance the effectiveness of existing tools.
• Maintaining high awareness of the company’s internal as well as immediate external environment
• Well versed with current industry trends

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of relevant work experience in ad operations.
• Good understanding of Standard Advertising terms & formulas like CTR, ROI, CPC, EPC.
• Excellent numerical ability.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative & out-of-the-box thinking with attention to detail.
• Sharp analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
• Self-motivated team player with an inclination to learn and grasp new concepts.
• Well-versed with MS-Office applications like Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects.
