To accelerate growth, we are building a strong commercial organization in the French market.
Role overview:
The (Associate) Director of Sales (all genders) drives revenue growth while helping scale and professionalize Affinity’s sales organization in France. This role blends hands-on selling with sales leadership.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive new business and upsell revenue
- Manage senior agency and advertiser relationships
- Help to build a team of high-performing sales people, coach and enable Sales Managers and Client Partners
- Own pipeline management and forecasting
- Support complex deal strategy and negotiations
- Collaborate closely with ad operations and product teams
Required experience & skills:
- 7–10 years experience in digital media or ad-tech sales (ideally in a media agency or ad sales company)
- Strong agency sales expertise, ideally in the field of (programmatic) display, video and CTV
- Proven consultative selling skills
- Experience mentoring junior sales profiles
- Highly structured and commercially driven
- Fluency in French and English
