About Role:
In this role, you will work in a fast-paced production environment, leveraging your expertise in
HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to build and refine high-quality and creative digital experiences. You’ll
collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, product, and engineering to
deliver world-class interactive solutions.

While mentorship and guidance will be available, the role requires someone who can work
independently, think creatively, and take ownership of their work. Attention to detail,
organizational skills, and a strong sense of responsibility are essential for success in this
position.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain high-quality user interfaces, tools and features that align with product
and business goals.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Assess project requirements, provide accurate effort estimations, and take ownership of
timely and quality deliverables.
• Build reusable and maintainable code libraries to support multiple applications and features.
• Optimize creatives for superior performance, scalability, and responsiveness across devices
and browsers.
• Collaborate closely with creative strategists, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to
deliver seamless user experiences.
• Produce clear and comprehensive technical documentation to facilitate maintenance and
knowledge sharing within the team.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and advancements in front-end technologies, adopting
innovative tools and frameworks to improve product quality and efficiency.
• Architectural planning for Front End technology, and collaborating on data formats and APIs
with partner teams internally.
Required Skills:
• Minimum 5-6 years of work experience
• Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Experience and knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and debugging
• Strong ability to deliver quality work with aggressive timeliness
• Experience with version control systems like GitHub, SVN, etc
• Ability to translate design prototypes (Photoshop/Figma) into functional front-end code.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with designers, developers,
and product teams.
• Attention to visual details and design consistency across devices and browsers.
Desired Skills:
• Knowledge of jQuery, Sass, Bootstrap and other frameworks
• Experience in using AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, or other generative
design/code assistants) to enhance productivity and creativity.
