The Role:
- Lead and manage the direct sales business from US.
- Build a sales pipeline and implement outreach successfully to attain monthly targets
- Actively work on CRM and implement sales campaigns
- Manage new and existing client campaigns to successfully meet and exceed client expectations
- Actively participate in all phases of account maintenance and development and work with internal account management and ad operations to ensure client satisfaction
- Participate in industry events and conference
Required Skills:
- 2 -4 years’ experience in digital ad sales with at least 2 years focused on advertiser sales in US
- Grow the existing business and onboard direct brands
- Build sustainable relationships with brands for ongoing budgets
- Developing sales collaterals and business proposals and media plans
- Stay up to date with the latest buzz and trends in the industry
- Maintain client relations independently along with monitoring campaigns daily and recommend improvements
- Working closely with the client to understand requirements, provide constant feedback, and communicating these to the operations team
- Maintaining high awareness of the company’s internal as well as immediate external environment
