 The Role: 

 

Creative Conceptualization: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand project goals, target audience, and campaign objectives. Develop creative concepts and visual ideas for motion graphics that align with the brand's identity and marketing strategy. 

Visual Language Enhancement: Take the lead in enhancing and improving the existing visual language of our business units, ensuring that it evolves in alignment with market trends and the overarching brand strategy. 

Motion Graphic Design: Utilize your advanced skills in motion graphic design and industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and other relevant tools to create high-quality motion graphics. These may include videos, animations, visual effects, and interactive media. 

Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initial concept development to final delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing managers, designers, and video editors, to ensure seamless integration of motion graphics into marketing campaigns. 

Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards throughout the design and production process, ensuring that all motion graphics are visually appealing, error-free, and optimized for various platforms and devices. 

Industry Trends and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and emerging technologies in motion graphics and design. Incorporate innovative ideas to continuously elevate the visual impact and effectiveness of our marketing motion graphics. 

 

What you’ll need to be successful: 

 

We are seeking a candidate with over 12 years of experience in crafting creatives for B2B/ technology and experience in Adtech is preferred  organisations. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of UI, motion, and graphic design. Key qualifications for this role include: 

 

  • Thorough knowledge of design principles, encompassing typography, color theory, layout, and composition. 

  • Possess proven expertise in leading the creative aspects of both online and offline marketing projects, with experience working with global clients, including those in the EU and US. 

  • Proven track record as an adept people leader with the ability to contribute hands-on effectively. 

  • Capability to efficiently prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment. 

  • Proficiency in interpreting abstract business concepts and design briefs, translating them into tangible creatives. 

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset for developing innovative solutions. 

  • Proficient use of storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate ideas and showcase concepts. 

  • Experience in defining brand guidelines and ensuring brand compliance. 

  • Familiarity with the latest design software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma.
